About The Program

Program Overview

STRIVE is a five-month, mentorship-driven dance experience designed for artists ages 17–21 who are preparing to pursue collegiate and professional opportunities.

Running from August 31, 2026, through January 28, 2027, the program is built around consistent training, individualized guidance, and structured preparation. STRIVE is not an intensive or open-enrollment program, but a focused environment where dancers are expected to take ownership of their development and engage fully in the process.

Structure

STRIVE operates four days per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

The weekly structure is intentionally designed to mirror the discipline and consistency of a professional environment, while allowing space for recovery, cross-training, and independent preparation outside of scheduled hours.

Each day combines technical training, rehearsal-based work, and mentorship, creating a balanced approach to both artistic and professional development.

Five months. Four days a week.
One focused path forward.

STRIVE is built around the habits, skills, and readiness that the professional world actually demands.

The STRIVE Framework

The program is grounded in six core principles that guide both training and mentorship:

Support — A structured environment where dancers are guided and challenged throughout the process

Trust — Honest, accountable relationships between mentors and artists

Responsibility — Ownership of training, preparation, and professional conduct

Individual Growth — Development tailored to each dancer’s path

Vision — Clarity of artistic direction and long-term goals

Experience — Real-world preparation for auditions and professional environments

Approach

STRIVE is designed to bridge the gap between training and the next stage of a dancer’s career. The focus is not on volume, but on intention — refining habits, strengthening awareness, and developing the ability to navigate opportunities with clarity and professionalism. Dancers are expected to approach the program with discipline, consistency, and a willingness to engage fully in the mentorship process.
